The prices above are for two people. A surcharge of €19 per night is charged for each additional person. In addition to the rental price, we charge €70 for the final cleaning. A deposit of €250 will be refunded within 7 days of departure if there are no complaints. A deposit of 25% of the rental price is due immediately, the remaining rental price one month before arrival. The price includes the tourist tax, electricity, water, heating, garbage disposal and parking. We also provide bed linen, towels, tea towels and shower rugs. See the rental conditions for details.
Please note that the house rules expressly forbid bringing dogs and other pets. We ask for your understanding.

4 pm on weekends or public holidays, otherwise 7 pm or according to prior arrangement
